Chancellor Tom McFarland serves the 9th Judicial District which includes Loudon, Meigs, Morgan and Roane Counties. As the 9th Judicial District Chancellor, the Honorable Tom McFarland hears civil matters with equitable resolution properties including domestic relations, contract disputes, land disputes, conservatorships and other jurisdictional matters as defined in the Tennessee Code Annotated.
